Fairytale Dance Adventures: Summer Dance Camp for 2-4 Year Olds - Saturdays in June
Step into a world of magic and movement this June at Fairytale Dance Adventures at Westchester Dance Academy, the perfect summer camp for your little one! Designed for children aged 2-4, this enchanting program brings dance and imagination together every Saturday.
Your child will explore the basics of ballet, jazz, and creative movement while embarking on magical adventures through Fairytale Ballet, our most popular addition! With wands, butterfly wings, handkerchiefs, and even a colorful parachute, our young dancers will twirl into the enchanting world of storytelling. Highlights include:
Interactive Storytime: Stories come to life as we incorporate characters and items from beloved tales into our dances.
Fun Props: From making "popcorn" with the parachute to dancing like butterflies, our props spark creativity and delight.
A Variety of Styles: Dancers will explore ballet, jazz, tap, acro, and creative movement throughout the month.

Dance Discovery: Summer Dance Camp for 5-8 Year Olds - Saturdays in June
Ignite your child’s passion for movement and creativity at Dance Discovery at Westchester Dance Academy, the ultimate summer camp for kids aged 5-8! Every Saturday in June, your young dancer will dive into an exciting exploration of ballet, tap, jazz, and acro dance styles. Led by our expert instructors, campers will develop their skills while having fun through:
Graceful Ballet: Learn elegant positions and twirls that foster poise and balance.
Rhythmic Tap: Discover exciting tap combinations and rhythms.
Energetic Jazz: Groove to upbeat music with sassy moves and funky choreography.
Acro Tricks: Master fun flips, tricks, and stretches to build strength and flexibility.

July Summer Dance Camp: Ages 3-8, Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm, July 7-Aug 1

Join Westchester Dance Academy this July for an unforgettable summer dance camp experience! Perfect for young dancers aged 3-8, our camp offers a mix of ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, acro, and hip-hop. Each week brings an exciting new theme, filled with creative choreography, arts and crafts, games, and endless fun.
Each Friday at 12:30 PM, campers will showcase their hard work in a mini-performance from the week’s theme, giving parents a chance to see their little stars shine!
Weekly Themes
July 7-11: Disney Musicals: Let your young dancer’s imagination come alive as they explore the enchanting world of Disney! Throughout the week, campers will learn choreography inspired by beloved musicals like Frozen, The Little Mermaid, and The Lion King in a variety of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, acro, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary. Dancers will perform their favorite scenes, sing along to iconic Disney tunes, and bring their favorite characters to life through creative movement. Themed crafts and activities will add extra magic to the experience, culminating in a dazzling Friday performance where campers will showcase their newfound skills in a Disney-inspired group routine for friends and family. It’s a week of creativity, fun, and unforgettable memories fit for a true Disney star!
July 14-18: Taylor Swift: Get ready to dance, shine, and embrace your inner pop star! This week, campers will explore dynamic routines in jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, lyrical, and contemporary, all set to chart-topping hits by Taylor Swift. In addition to dancing, the week is packed with fun crafts, engaging activities, and exciting games inspired by Taylor’s music and iconic style. Campers will create their own “Swiftie” accessories and enjoy interactive games that add an extra spark of creativity and fun. The grand finale is a dazzling Swiftie Showcase on Friday, the camp will perform a group routine for friends and family, channeling all the energy and charisma of Taylor Swift herself. It’s a week of unforgettable memories and non-stop excitement!
July 21-25: Broadway Bound: Lights, camera, action! This week, dancers will channel their inner Broadway star as they learn choreography inspired by beloved musicals like Annie, Matilda, and Wicked. Through a variety of styles including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, and acro, campers will master captivating routines while developing their performance skills. Beyond dance, the week is filled with exciting crafts, interactive activities, and theater-inspired games that bring the magic of Broadway to life. The week concludes with a spectacular group Broadway Showcase routine on Friday, where young performers will shine as they bring iconic Broadway moments to life for an audience of friends and family. Perfect for aspiring stars with big dreams of the stage, this camp is a showstopper!
July 28-Aug 1: Movie Magic: Experience the magic of Hollywood with a week filled with fun, creativity, and star-studded inspiration! Campers will dance to soundtracks from blockbuster hits like Encanto, The Greatest Showman, and Trolls while exploring a variety of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, and acro. In addition to dancing, kids will enjoy creating their own Hollywood-themed crafts, and participating in interactive games and activities that bring the world of movies to life. The grand finale is a Hollywood Highlights Showcase on Friday, where the entire camp will shine as they perform a show-stopping routine for friends and family. It’s a week of glitz, glamour, and unforgettable memories on the dance floor!

Westchester Dance Academy invites dancers aged 9-12 to a dynamic and creative summer camp experience filled with professional dance instruction, arts and crafts, and exciting games designed to inspire, challenge, and delight. Each week features training across multiple dance styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, acro, hip-hop, and dance cheer, while fostering confidence and teamwork. Campers will also enjoy crafting and playing games, adding extra fun to the experience, as they prepare for weekly Friday showcases at 12:30 PM, where they’ll perform routines that reflect the week’s exciting theme.
Weekly Themes
July 7-11: Cheer & Dance All-Stars: Get ready to bring the energy! This week combines the excitement of Dance Cheer with styles like Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Ballet, Acro, and Tap for a high-energy camp that’s all about teamwork and performance. Dancers will learn cheer-inspired choreography with stunts, dynamic transitions, and crowd-pleasing moves. They'll mix it up with various dance styles to create routines full of sharp precision, creative flair, and versatility. The week wraps up with an "All-Star Spirit Showcase," where dancers perform their cheer and dance combos.
July 14-18: Pop Icons & Dance Divas: Get inspired by pop legends! Dancers will explore a variety of styles, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro, and Dance Cheer, as they learn routines to songs by Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and Billie Eilish. The week concludes with a high-energy performance where dancers showcase their pop-star skills and versatility across all these dynamic dance styles!
July 21-25: Broadway Stars in the Making: Let your Broadway dreams shine! Dancers will explore a variety of styles, including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro, and Dance Cheer, as they bring iconic Broadway moments to life. From Hamilton’s powerful Hip Hop-inspired moves to lyrical routines inspired by Dear Evan Hansen, to Broadway-style Tap from Wicked, dancers will learn to channel their inner stars. The week concludes with a dazzling showcase that brings the magic of Broadway to the stage!
July 28-Aug 1: Dance Hits & Hollywood Highlights: Dance to the beats of your favorite movie soundtracks and viral hits! This week blends Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acro, and Dance Cheer routines inspired by Encanto, The Greatest Showman, and Barbie. Dancers will channel their creativity through themed crafts and learn dynamic choreography that captures the magic of Hollywood. The week wraps up with a spectacular finale performance to celebrate the stars of the week and showcase their newfound skills across these exciting dance styles!
