About WDA Dance Team
The Westchester Dance Academy Dance Team is for those ages 9-18 looking to improve their technique and performance abilities without the national competition schedule of the WDA Troupe. Both the Junior Dance Team, ages 9-12, and the Senior Dance Team, ages 13-18, participate in dance performances within an hour of Mt. Kisco that are high in competition and excitement, such as Starbound, Elite, Royal, Dancers Inc., Headlines, and Platinum.
Junior Dance Team
Take 4 hours of dance classes a week including a mix of ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and rehearsals
Tuition: $4,700/year
Classes take place Tuesday + Thursdays, 4:00-6:00pm
Rehearsal schedule includes a 3-hour practice 3 times a season on a Friday or Saturday; to be determined closer to competition dates.
Senior Dance Team
Take 6 hours of dance classes a week including a mix of ballet, lyrical, jazz, contemporary, leap + turn, and rehearsals
Tuition: $6,912/year
Classes take place Tuesday + Thursday, 5:00-8:00pm
Rehearsal schedule includes a 3-hour practice 3 times a season on a Friday or Saturday; to be determined closer to competition dates.
