LYRICAL: (Petite, Ages 8-12)

In our lyrical dance class for petites, ages 8-12 years old, students will learn fundamental dance techniques, including floor work, release-based movements, fall and recovery, contractions, and spirals. They will explore principles of weight shifting, breath control, and groundedness fostering a strong foundation in the style. Students should wear any color leotard and black shorts or tights; hair must be secured off the face in a neat ponytail.
