This dance form involves rhythmic sounds that are created by the feet to teach the student rhythm, timing and balance. It is a percussive dance where the dancer is able to create the music. 

Dance Attire: Any color leotard and black shorts must be worn. Hair must be secured off the face in a neat ponytail.
